Ordered online, came in 10 min later, but they haven't even started working on it until I showed up and told them I ordered online. They were just standing there.

I ordered online for curbside delivery. On the subway app it said it would be done at 6:50 pm. I got here a few minutes early in case my sub got done early. There was one customer inside when I got here. Since I have been waiting for my sub five other customers have walked in, got their subs, and left. While my order said it was “ready” at 6:50. At 6:45 I hit the “I’m here” button on my mobile app. So it is now 7:10 and I have been here 20 minutes waiting for my food and still haven’t gotten it.
