  5th time ive been there asking for a spicy mcChicken and now is the 5th time getting a mccrispy they are absolutely horrible and this last time i made sure they knew i wanted a spicy mcchicken and again got a mccrispy

  The wait times to get a mobile pickup order are absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of placing an order ahead of time only to have to wait 15-20 minutes after arriving at the store.

  We were at the UP Finals wrestling meet this weekend, had dinner break. The boys chose border grille. That was a joke (you can see my review on their website) had to throw away our food from there, my husband was starving, so he said let's just stop at mcdonalds on our way back to the high school to at least get our bellies full. So we went through the drive thru. Ordered two McChicken sandwiches, plain, but add cheese and pickles. The weather was bad, didn't check our food until back out on the road. We had two plain McChickens, and they both had pickles. Neither had the cheese we paid extra for. And they were so dried out, like they were from lunchtime. My bun was squashed and hard. This was at 4:45 in the afternoon. I took one bite of mine, hubby had a couple of bites, and we tossed them in the garbage. Gross. Do better, it's fast food, it's not a hard concept. Won't be going there again. To be honest, Marquette has yet to impress me at any restaurant, fast food or otherwise. And we've lived all over the country. Yuck

  I went through the drive-thru on 1-08-2026 around 7:30 p.m., and the experience was an absolute embarrassment for this location. At the first window, the employee decided it was appropriate to make a comment about my appearance that was wildly unprofessional and uncomfortable for both me and my fiancée. After letting the silence hang like it should have, she followed it up by asking if I wanted a dog treat despite there being no dog in sight, which only reinforced how deliberately disrespectful the interaction felt. The only reasonable conclusion is that she was attempting to insult my fiancée after her attention-seeking comment didn’t get the reaction she wanted. When we moved to the second window and spoke with the manager, the response was just as disappointing, dismissive, ineffective, and completely lacking any sense of accountability. Nothing about that interaction suggested they cared about resolving the issue or treating customers with basic decency. The entire experience felt hostile, careless, and unnecessarily rude. No one should walk away feeling attacked because a fast-food employee couldn’t manage even the bare minimum level of professionalism. This location failed on every level, and the complete lack of concern for how my wife was made to feel is frankly unacceptable
