  Legitimately the slowest jimmy johns ive ever been to, placed a mobile order 15 min in advance for one sub, got there and the drive through is backed into the street and there’s 4 people waiting in the store already and then I had to wait 20 min to have my order ready

  Food was very fresh. The staff was super friendly. I’ve been there a few times since I’ve been here now, and will definitely go back. I like their size options and that they have a ‘mini’ option for my dad. My mom and I split the 8 inch, with chips and drinks, it’s the perfect amount of food.

  Ordered via the app. 1 hour later and still not ready. Went inside and they were in chaos for some reason. Person at register was able to cancel the order. Drive through was at a standstill.

  Every time I order from here, items are missing or orders are wrong. Deliveries take over 30 minutes most of the time and I live near the high school. One time I ordered the Beach Club, it came with no Cucumbers or Avocado spread. Another time ordered two combo meals, they showed up with no chips. Tonight I order two Fan Boxes, they didn't come with the pickle side item or mayo on the sandwiches. We also wanted them cut in half, that wasn't done. That's just the recent orders. I've never had a more consistently bad experience anywhere else. I wish I could get my JJ's delivered from the other location but the website doesn't allow that.

  Took over 16 minutes for an order of 4 basic sandwichs. No apologies or explanation. Just eventually a “here ya go”. If you’re in the mood for a wait and have poor customer service this is the place to visit.
