  I ordered a chicken sandwich but got a baconator burger instead. They made my sandwich and gave us the burger. My sandwich was good but I prefer mcd's chicken sandwich.

  Two visits in a row, I received the wrong items. The price is through the roof and the quality, service and taste are plummeting. This Wendy's is in complete disarray. It's somehow gotten worse than it's ever been over the past 2 months and it's only been what, a year or two since this Wendy's got a facelift and new management? The employees are rude, I was even once reprimanded by an employee for a mistake *they* made. If you don't check every single item for errors you have no recourse besides driving all the way back and wasting another 30 minutes of your day. I'm honestly shocked this place hasn't shut down yet. I never see anyone in the drive thru and somehow you always need to pull forward and wait 5 minutes even if there are no other cars in the drive thru. It's just not worth it anymore.

  We was asked to pull ahead with Noone waiting behind us. If you window times are slow, train your staff better. I ordered drive thru not curbside pickup. I could see if you was busy but you wasn't. Poor management

  Order was incorrect twice. Fries were not hot even when replaced.
