- KMKim MorrowFeb 20, 20261.0We ate at the rapids bistro which normally is good and a fairly quick option. Waited for over an hour and at that point asked for it to go. Still waiting at 1 hourv15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous wait time for a Cafe type restaurant.
- ZSZach SnyderFeb 15, 20262.0Complete and utter disorganized chaos. I fully understand when a restaurant is excessively busy, or short short staffed. They were busy, and I can only assume short staffed. Otherwise there would be no excuse for the service disaster that I witnessed. My wife's food came out in about ten minutes. Mine came out about 40 minutes later, while people who ordered well after us received their food. Part of my order was forgotten, so I had to go back. The food however was really good for what it was (toasted club/toasted Italian/fries/curds) but the situation at the kitchen was dismal on 2/14. This was our first time in the venue, so I can only assume this was a fluke, but disappointing nonetheless.
