It's somehow gotten worse than it's ever been over the past 2 months and it's only been what, a year or two since this Wendy's got a facelift and new management? The employees are rude, I was even once reprimanded by an employee for a mistake *they* made. If you don't check every single item for errors you have no recourse besides driving all the way back and wasting another 30 minutes of your day. I'm honestly shocked this place hasn't shut down yet. I never see anyone in the drive thru and somehow you always need to pull forward and wait 5 minutes even if there are no other cars in the drive thru. It's just not worth it anymore.
