  We love your burgers! We would be over the top though if you would switch to beef tallow for your fries and onion rings!

  Atmosphere, beer list, and pinball are all great here. Staff is friendly too. However, I had an issue with my buffalo chicken sandwich, which I brought up to the staff. The chicken had a bad texture (it was hot, but tasted as if it was still partially frozen). I was offered to get something different, but at that point I didn't really feel like eating something else. I then got a polite "thank you", and that was it. No offer of a full or partial refund, just a "sorry" and "thanks". I'm not sure why getting a new meal was the only option available, but I won't likely eat here again.

  One of the best burgers I've had in a while. In the summer this place has to be so fun. There's an outside area that anyone could enjoy.

  If I could leave 0 stars on service. I would. Ordered an impossible burger gluten free and it came paper thin, making the burger taste like straight bread/bun. The gentleman at the bar asked if everything was okay , I expressed my feelings on the state on the paper thin burger I was up charged for, asking for a refund. This man had the nerve to bring out the whole block of impossible burger saying this is it, when that was never in question. I ask for refund again and I get offered a $4 cookie in replace for my GLUTEN FREE $15 burger. A cookie 1/3 the price and full of gluten. When I said I was gluten free that that’s not going to work he called me rude. Leaves, comes back after doing NOTHING, and asks if we need a box. Absolutely horrific example of service. This man needs to find a new job that doesn’t include dealing with customers.

  I hate to knock the food down a star; the smash burgers are great! It's hard to go wrong with beer and burgers! However, I personally hate kettle chips with my sandwiches, and when I upgraded to the fries, they tasted like 'lays bbq chips' seasoning and I wasn't a fan. For the price, I was just bummed I didn't get a side I enjoyed. I really wish they had a decent ranch, it could've saved the fries 😅 The staff are always absolutely lovely, the last time we went it must have been homecoming(?) And even though they were getting slammed, they still served us with big smiles.
