  I went in today to get breakfast. They said I had to use a kiosk I don't use those nasty dirty things. I dont appreciate this type of customer service. I will not be going back.

  If I could give negative I would. Waited at least 20 minutes just to pay for my order because they don’t take it at the counter, than when I asked if I could pay the worker tells me that “ not her problem she doesn’t work register” okay well I just want to pay. Than receive my food and the bun is ROCK HARD I mean it was a puck. Manager just stood there and laughed. This McDonalds is a joke

  The machine to order from was broken so I went to the front register. I stood there for 10 minutes until some lady took my order. After, she gave 2 cups to I’m assuming her friends because I didn’t see them order. I waited another 15 minutes for my food so I could ask for my drink as well... I know fast food isn’t supposed to have good service or tasty food, but it IS supposed to be fast. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a meal I would go to a restaurant and order to-go. It would cost about the same anyways.
