The wait time was a too long and I don't like that the cashier had to chat it up with their bestie that came in for several minutes and then take food out and then come give us our food. Took almost 20 minutes.

No one at the front counter. We saw people walking out because they were tired of waiting for someone. But when we did get waited on, they were very friendly, but we didn't feel welcome. Seemed like all efforts were on talking care of the drive through.
