  Food poorly made. Insufficient filling in a stale tortilla. 30 minutes in the drive-thru to get through 4-5 vehicles. Food was cold when received.

  For many years I’ve came to this location because it’s near my home and I would come here if I didn’t want to drive out of my way. Everytime I came here the place was dirty, staff was terrible food was old! The last 2 times I’ve been here the staff has been amazing, food fresh and good and very clean! I wrote this review today because whoever the staff is and manager is should get rewarded for doing a great job! Most of the time people complain this time it’s a compliment. Keep up the good work team! Most of all Thank you for being awesome! Kare

  Ordered a luxe cravings box with a 5 layer, hard taco, and fiesta potatoes, and a potato burrito for the kid. Saddest 5 layer burrito I've ever been given, and my hard taco was crushed in at least 20 pieces. Had to eat it with a fork. At least the potatoes were solid so it wasn't a total loss.

  The food I received today was so unappealing and disgusting that the thought of Taco Bell will probably make me sick from now on, which is sad cuz it used to be one of my favorites. All 4 of the new nachos with all the toppings on the side were supposed to have ex meet but none had any. They also had a curdled like white substance, maybe curdled sour cream all throughout the inside of the nachos and super watery substance on top. I still tried to take a bite thinking it was the Pico that made it watery and they were cold and it made my stomach turn and the chips were stale to top it all off. These four items with their extra toppings totaled around $20. I hope that they give me my refund for that $20 Worth of food that cannot be consumed. when I made a complaint on the app it told me they were going to give me a $3 credit towards my next order but after the way this stuff tastes I don't know if or when I will ever be eating at Taco Bell Again. Definitely not the one on 12 Mile in Madison heights. I can't believe they serve that to their customers. My stomach still hurts from the one bite I took

  I will not be returning to this location, the staff are incredibly disrespectful and lazy, the ai system they use is a plague and shouldn't be interacted with. The employees think they shouldn't have to deal wIth the drive through because of said ai system. It dosent help that the taco bell contact us form wont let you submit so I cant even put in a proper complaint. 0/10 dont go here.
