  I’ve ordered 3 different times through the app. Every single time my order has been wrong!!!!! Think I’ll be going somewhere else from now on to get subs!!!!

  I had a bowel obstruction and this place cured me so fast! I was pondering whether I should do an ER visit but after trying the guacamole that looks like Baby Yoda dispensed it out his tiny Yoda hole, I was cured in a matter of 2 hrs! Highly recommend this joint.

  Great location to come in and get a sub for lunch or dinner. I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years since I’m a Madison Heights resident. It’s always clean here too!

  Horrible this guy made my sandwich with undercooked dough I politely pointed out that other bread was dark in color and asked if he could toast it longer or remake because two trays bread look undercooked and some was brown and well done. He was nice at first a young lady walked in and his attitude switched he told me no what you can do is eat or leave my store I don’t have time for you and the customer she started laughing and he found it amusing I asked for higher management he stated I’m the manager we have our own franchise if this lady accept the doughy bread you need to do the same or leave my store my feelings are hurt I’m in Hazel Park subway almost daily and their service is Phenomenal I contacted the manager over there and let her hear what he was saying I don’t know why but he completely changed once the young lady came in

  I’m in subway every other day in Hazel Park the service and quality of food phenomenal today in Madison Heights the young man was rude dough was undercooked I politely asked to toast it or remake with the bread I see that’s well done and brown and was told no and I can leave the store I asked for corporate number because he yelled I’m the manager and we our own franchise unbelievable and brought another customer into the conversation trying to make her laugh at his jokes I can’t believe I was asked to leave the store I had to contact Hazel Park manger to get connected to someone
