  Went in at approximately 6:05. They weren't open. They should be ready to serve by 6 if they open at 6.

  This review is of a single order containing only two meals that totaled more than $25... I paid extra for a medium specialty coffee with an extra shot of espresso with my meal. They gave me a small with no extra espresso. I asked to have a different condiment on my burger than what it comes with, they still gave me the standard sauce. I got my son a meal with chocolate milk and they forgot his drink. Also, all the fries were cold... DEFINITELY keep your recipt and check your order at this location!

  Went through the drive thru, they made my burger wrong even though I put it in through the app. Thats not the part that bothers me because mistakes happen. The part that bothers me is the manager being more concerned with drive thru times than helping a customer. Took a minute to get her attention, even though she was 5 feet from the counter, then they continued making drive thru food before fixing my burger. This means im standing at the counter while the rest of my food is getting cold in the car. It took 6 minutes for them to remake a double cheeseburger because they were so concerned with the drive thru numbers.

  2nd edition: look at all of the reviews that are one star. Compare those to the ones that are 5 stars. Clearly they are having people or employees create fake reviews. I worked at Tim Hortons. The management had me do the same thing when i worked there... Neither cares about you or the hard earned money you are spending here. Edit: after reviewing the reviews on this place it's obvious the management doesn't give a shit about their guests at all. Every response is a referral to MCD customer service support line, no direct response from management. Perhaps this business will close, just like the Wendy's on John R closed...because of POOR MANAGEMENT***** Took a door dash offer and arrived at restaurant at 10:14 p.m. restaurant closed, employee inside, would not respond to knocking on both drive thru windows. I deliver on a bike. Informed DD about store closing. App asking for a picture of hours. I go back to the store and snap a picture. At LEAST 3 customers told at the drive through that sorry we are closed. Later, door dash gives me a violation! Because they claim I incorrectly reported the store closed! I made a comment to the employee as she was waiting for me to get out of her way so she could leave! Worst service at a restaurant ever. I was never at fault. I wasted my time going here. This needs to be addressed. 0/5 stars. Manager needs to respond immediately.
