  Food always takes over 30 minutes to come out. They have also forgotten to include sides multiple times to my order. If you want a sandwich from here, make sure you order it online 30 minutes before you come in 😂😂😂. Horrible service, they will tell you your order is ready, then proceed to make you wait another 10 minutes. I love jimmy John’s but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

  Ordered at 3:41pm for delivery, had to call at 5:15pm and ask where it was. Employee said it had already been delivered, informed her we have never received it and she said oh actually we are waiting for it to be picked up… lol. Called at 6:08pm to cancel.

  This is by far the worst JJ Gargantuan that I've ever had. Unless they've changed the portion size of their toppings on the sub then the worker is not properly loading the sub when you ask for heavy toppings. After an experience like this at JJ's I don't think I'll ever eat another sub again from there.

  I placed an order online at 8:51pm. The guy that answered the phone had an attitude with me. I called at 9:55pm to cancel my order. The guy laughed and told me to order earlier next time. I ordered in enough time. Over an hour before they closed. I wasn't upset or asking for the sandwich still. Its not my fault I get a break late at work. I'm not a bum just farting around waiting till 9pm/10pm for Jimmy John's to be delivered. If I wasn't working, I would have went earlier. I didn't think my sandwich wouldn't get picked up by 3rd party.
