  My server was Mary..BLESS MARYs HEART! She had to deal with the RUDEST table ive ever seen. Disrespecting the snot out of her, seemed like they were purposefully trying to trip her up. They were mean and rude! Like ive never seen people so rude and ive worked in restaurants. Then a manager was there trying to help them and they were rude to her too. Mary was an amazing server. She was knowledgeable, sweet, friendly, very kind to myself, husband and our little one! If we return to this location, honestly, it will be because of her amazing service, kindness and ability to deal with that kind of nonsense! Thats resilience!

  Honest to god will avoid this place at all costs as the service is absolutely terrible. 15 minutes to get a drink order taken, 20 more minutes to get those drinks, over an hour to receive food. As a manager at Carrabbas and being in the same company this is just a shame. Only have been checked on once throughout the meal. Manager walking around not checking on any of their tables. Please get it together for bloominbrands sake

  We received no service whatsoever, only the rudeness of a female employee who didn't want to work. We (three people) went at 2:40 PM on January 8, 2026, and asked to sit near a window. The nice hostess who took us to the table told us that it would take 10 minutes to be served if we wanted to sit there. After waiting 15 minutes we complained. After another 5 minutes a rude female employee arrived at our table and told us that she didn't serve at that place and left with an unacceptable lack of respect for working in a restaurant. The question for the owner or manager of this place is: can you maintain a business with employees like that?

  Truly disappointed with the food but not the service. The takeout lady was phenomenal, nice, caring and understanding. The food was not good. Overcooked and old would not recommend to come back. Did not have a great experience with the takeout. Portions was not worth the money.

  If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I haven’t been to outback in a long time, primarily because the last time I went to a different location everything was bad. The food was bad, the restaurant environment didn’t seem professional, just everything was not good. I got to get certificate which sent me to Outback today and wow what a difference. My server is Jasmine was absolutely and amazing. Hands-down the best service I’ve had in 10 years. She was professional, friendly, with a touch of humor that made my day. Food came out, fresh and hot, and she checked back to make sure everything was perfect. I don’t normally order seafood at a steakhouse, but I have the salmon and shrimp. although I would’ve liked a larger portion, it was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The big, sweet potato was also perfect with a side of house, sugar, and butter. My starting salad was fresh crisp with an excellent blue cheese vinaigrette that I really set the tone. I will be going back.
