Lunch time is okay for McDonald's I wouldn't recommend the night shift or weekends. Also no TV or electrical outlets because the homeless have messed it up for everybody else .

i am from flint, moved to madison heights (for context) this is the worst mcdonald’s ever. straight hills have eyes people working here. do not come here.

Totally different service today then I get during the week! I go to this location M-F in the morning for iced coffee-great service, friendly people. Today-Sunday, started off with a rude girl's voice on the speaker saying, "What's your order!" She got my order right after repeating it 3 times.... get to the pick up window, got handed an iced coffee that wasn't mixed and looked pretty dark. ( I asked for extra cream)-handed it back and asked for more cream please. The girl added some, hands me the cup back with coffee and cream running down the side of the cup(the side I can'tsee). It got on my jacket, in my cupholder and when I asked for napkins, she gave me a crazy look..... 👀 maybe I'll have to go somewhere else

This restaurant was out of French fries!!!! For over a day!!!!! No printing in the kiosk receipt, no orange pop or coke. This is an absolute terrible McDonald's. Please don't waste your money here. I called corporate and never heard back. McDonald's isn't what it used to be. Will never go here again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the play place at this McDonald’s (John R & 14 Mile, Madison Heights). During artic temperatures outside, the play area is the same temperature indoors — freezing cold and clearly not heated. This is unsafe for children and unacceptable for a family-oriented restaurant.
It feels like the owners don’t care to invest in their location, choosing instead to reap as much profit as possible while ignoring basic safety and comfort. But in doing so, they’re losing out on business — the majority of families have lost a reason to spend their money here.
Redirecting complaints to corporate is just a runaround, especially since this location is independently owned (most likely by multiple partners vs an actual family that takes pride in their business) . Parents expect accountability and a safe, habitable environment for their kids, not excuses. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this location.
