  Staff are rude. Their playplace is never open, it's always locked, because theyre too lazy to properly manage the floors.

  If we could give it no stars or minus 5 we would! Atrocious customer service by the older heavy set red haired lady who obviously hates her job and people. Fries that were uncooked and cold. The drive thru order were the only orders that were completed on a timely basis, inside orders were neglected. As for McDonalds as a corporation, WTH sense does it make that every single franchise ONLY has Judy Zootopia toys?!?! This ridiculous lady at this location told me to save them and trade them! Good god what a stupid and ridiculous thing to say when a child is looking for a decent toy in their meal. Time to boycott McDonalds ! Horrible experience just horrible and an utter waste of money!

  Ordered ahead at 10:16 am. Ordered breakfast items. Arrived at 10:29, they told us through drive thru that breakfast was over.

  We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the drive through, and about another 15 minutes to get our order -- which they got WRONG! It was just two coffees . . . !!!

  My daughter and I went to this McDonald's. So we order chicken nuggets. First, we asked if we could order the counter, they said yes.So we sat there for approximately about 3to5 minutes. And the young girl with the dyed colored hair very, very petite, said that no order at the kiosk. Okay, so we go to the kiosks. We order then. We try to get ice for our cups. The machine had no ice. So they bought the ice from the back. The girl that was sweeping The main lobby area was holding to the broom with those gloves. And the other lady and they scooped the ice with her hands. When they were holding the broom, a dirty broom, while they were cleaning the whole area and a RAG with chemicals on it. Then, they scooped the ice back into the machine. So I said to the taller lady, I said, miss what is going on and I explained it to her, and she said to the other lady, which is I'm assuming the manager is a small girl with the dyed hair and said, oh, nothing here. He doesn't even know what he's talking about.And I was like, wow, and i'm i'm looking at this place and then I asked for a side of ketchup, and they just dumped it in the in the six piece thing instead of putting it in the container.And i'm just saying to myself the most uncleansiest mcdonald's at the time we were there.But never again i'm like, wow, mcdonald's is really dropping the ball and I used to like mcdonald's my family.And I, it's just now, it's like becoming horrible.I mean, even the bathroom's unacceptable.It was just and the manager had no management skills.I'm sorry, mcdonald's, but this is where it's at.... Also, they're giving out coloring things for the kids.But no crayons, so my daughter's like, how do we draw on these booklets?If there's no crayons, so next time we'll just bring our crayons with us
