  bad service, no greeting, just silence when placing my order...then just handed me my food without saying anything

  I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but each time is so disappointing. My bacon was cold and soggy, did not receive cheese I added on, received 3 thin pickles, and no straws. But I have a lot of napkins. I know how good it can be! I order from the one in Novi when in-office and that location has it down!

  I bought three subs, spent $30 and tipped $5. I got only one piece of roast beef on all my subs and they were very thin. Not worth the money.

  Drive thru. Been there twice. Both times took 30 minutes. Two cars only ahead of me. Will not go back.

  This a weird one. Jimmy Johns to me is Funeral Food. It's been at every family funeral as far back as I can remember. Why? It's priced well. The service is fast. The taste is solid. Why choose Jimmy Johns? Because when family is grieving they have a flavor for everybody. For me? It's tuna. That Totally Tuna slaps. Why? Protein+Mayo. You can't deny the deliciousness of Tuna and Fat on Crusty Bread.
