  Bad customer service. Lady saw me walk in and stayed in the back for a good 10 mins. I left right after I’m not waiting that long to order 1 single drink.

  If it’s the older gentleman, keep driving, ordered a almond matcha med, FROZEN w/ cold foam instead brought a latte, argued with me about what I asked for we half ass blended it and handed it back and still no foam, just gonna call when another employee is there, unacceptable.

  Ordered a large coffee literally watched her fill it up less than halfway and fill the rest of the cup up with ice. I’m sorry I paid five dollars for ice and a splash of coffee doesn’t seem right. Other Dunkins are way better. This one is horrible and they make you stay in there and wait for three minutes before they even come out of the back to acknowledge that you’re there. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

  I had one of the worst experiences at this place due to awful customer service. We ordered a matcha and were told their "matcha machine" was broken, which makes no sense-you don't need a machine to make matcha (l've worked at Dunkin, so I know). When we asked what ice flavors they had, the employee became visibly irritated, started yelling the flavors instead of answering normally, and then began talking on the phone while customers were waiting. Completely unprofessional. If employees can't treat customers with basic respect, they shouldn't be working in customer service.

  I had one of the WORST customer service experiences at this place. From the moment we ordered, the attitude was unreal. We asked for a matcha and were told their “matcha machine” was broken… which makes absolutely no sense because you don’t even need a machine to make matcha (I’ve literally worked at Dunkin, so I know how it’s made). That already set the tone. Then we asked a simple question about what ice cream flavors they had, and instead of answering normally, the employee got visibly irritated, started yelling the flavors out loud, and acted like we were inconveniencing her for even asking. On top of that, she picked up her phone and started talking to someone while there were customers standing there waiting to be helped. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service is literally the bare minimum when you work in a place like this, and clearly that’s lacking here. I don’t understand who hires people with this kind of attitude—if you can’t treat customers with basic respect or communicate without snapping, you should not be working in customer service at all. I will not be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated decently.
