  Asked for an egg & sausage bagel NO CHEESE. the machine at the drive thru says 'no egg' so I say "egg and sausage are what I want, I don't want cheese" the man taking my order says 'yes I got it sausage egg bagel, no cheese'. I drive up, I get my coffee, but they forgot the sandwich while asking if I got whatever the person behind me ordered. For a third time, I say egg and sausage bagel with no cheese and I finally get it. I get to where I'm going and open my wrapper and what do I see? A cheese and sausage bagel with no egg 🤦

  I frequent this Dunkin a lot since it’s right my work and on the way. I don’t know what has happened recently but the service and food has been terrible. They make you wait at the drive thru for minutes before they notice someone is there. I always order ahead, go to the drive thru and it’s almost never ready. Today they had no signs nothing and I go through the drive thru like normal and get to the speaker and notice there’s a van and ladder just parked there and I’m like okay? And the guy on the speaker says drive that is closed only walk in, there’s no sighs nothing so now I have to back out of the drive thru and hope no one is behind me. So I go in and stand at the counter and I’m waiting for the two workers to finish their conversation before even acknowledging I was there and when I tried to speak they kept talking over me. I’m honestly just gonna give my money someplace else. I tried to give them chances since I also work in food but this is just straight up not caring.

  The staff was amazing, helped us quickly and gave us extra supplies like creamer, Etc.

  I have been to this location in several occasions and usually do have a problem that I can not resolve. Not sure if they change management or just a totally crew over within the past year. Order two drinks berry sangria with lemonade and frozen coffee and hash browns. Get to the window to pay no issues associate comes back and tell me they are out of lemonade. Im not a fan of the green tea and coffee makes me sick. I ask for a refund which I was told they don’t do but I didn’t want anything else. Finally they said they could make it and to wait five minutes which is fine. Doesn’t give me us the food and the other drink we have already paid for it just sitting there. Come back after couple minutes and ask if could back the next day which I refused. Finally they said I get a refund like what happen to not doing refunds. Pull off and my hash browns taste off and my frozen coffee for my husband has no flavoring at all. I did get the refund but it was the inconsistencies on what could be done to help a customer that you’ve now inconvenience for almost 10 minutes.
