(as this location has a drive through) Very disappointed because usually the food is always good and portions are great.

She didn’t say hello, she didn’t ask what proteins, if I wanted queso, what toppings, to have a good day. She said NOTHING to me while she made conversation with her coworkers. She just moved my bowl down the line and stared at me while I told her what I wanted. Made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. (She is the same manager that yelled at her employee in front of the entire store the last time I was here) that women is too old to be acting like that at her job let alone be a manager.

When engaging with a staff member for any reason, their first initial reaction is to drop the mouth open and stare at you as if you are speaking a foreign language. After about a 3 minute silent stare at the customer they proceed to silently turn to another employee and give same stare with mouth wide open. After about 5 minutes of silence you finally may get a response or in my case NOT get a response. Without fail this location NEVER has their complimentary famous vinaigrette dressing ! 9 times of visiting this location (because it’s the closest) and each time has been exact same experience. They need to close this location!! Employees are rude and ignorant. The place is disgusting! Staff standing around lookin at each other, no customers and yet no one cleans up. Never again will I give this location my business.
