  i went for a late night latte. it was 10:30pm and i went to the drive thru. pulled up and waited. after about 3 min, i said, “hello”. a moment passed. “yerr” “yyyooo” “anybody home” then i started free styling all sorts of greetings just cause. eventually pulled forward with a “alright bye” as i pulled forward, the window opened so i stopped and was greeted by a woman. “hey, could you not hear me over there” “no sorry i could i just didn’t know” “oh, okay, well could i place my order here?” she looked at me, confused. “what do you want?” i looked at her confused. “so i can let you know if we have it” “coffee?” (like how would you not have coffee???) “iced?” “yeah, an iced latte, sma-“ “no” “ok bye” i drive off bewildered.

  Waited 10 minutes for one cup of ice cream. The person working here was talking with his friends when he see me come to the store. very unprofessional.

  Literally the last guy who worked here was FANTASTIC, as of the last couple months service IS SO SLOW and they NEVER have the cappys anymore. Never. When it's on the menu!

  ⸻ I’m honestly beyond frustrated with my experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. The person taking our order was extremely hard to understand, which already made things confusing, but then our entire order came out wrong. Not just one item—everything was messed up. What made it worse was the attitude. Instead of trying to fix the mistake or even apologize, they were rude and acted like we were the problem. That’s completely unacceptable. If you’re working in customer service, basic communication and respect shouldn’t be this hard. I shouldn’t have to double-check every single thing or deal with attitude just to get a simple order right. Seriously disappointed.

  The older man has quite the attitude. I asked for a dozen and he acted like I was bothering him. As I was picking them out he acted like he had more important things to do. I am going to now go out of my way to go to another donut shop and share with everyone on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram how bad this store is.
