  I got the Mexican pizza, the shells on it smelled and tasted rancid. I called and talked to the manager,she told me to come in and get a new one at my convenience. She not only replaced the Mexican pizza, but the whole order..That's good customer service ,I'll be back !!!

  I went to your store today for the 1st time. I am very unhappy with my food. I specifically asked the girl if the 3 cheese flat breads had ANY kind of hot cheese on them. She said no, I said are you sure and she answered yes, I'm sure. Well, I live in Armada, 24 minutes from your store. Guess what??? The 3 cheese flat breads had a Chipotle cheese, which is HOT on them. Now my son has NOTHING to eat for dinner. I have to go back out at almost 8:00pm to get him something else, after working 12 hrs, because he can't have anything spicy/hot!!! I tried to call the store and the # isn't working! I am keeping my receipt and will be going back to complain in person when I am back down that way. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Here is my receipt!

  I don't swing into this location too often as it's a bit out of my way, but was close by and had a craving for a Mexican pizza. I swear every time I come here they have the coolest and friendliest staff. I'm a little upset with myself that I didn't snap a Pic of the pizza because that thing looked commercial ready. I mean it really did look perfect. Food was good and hot. To the staff, thank you very much for everything. Great service and some of the nicest workers I have met.

  The Young Ladies serving and making the Food. We're very nice and helpful and The Food was pretty damn good.

  1/10/26 at 12:00 am the staff is the most rudest people I’ve ever met in my life, I go to the window from the drive-thru and not a single word to be said, cool whatever I get if your having a bad day, but when I get my food and it’s the complete opposite of what I ASKED for, so I go inside and present them the MESS they so called “food” and they get defensive about THERE own mistake and I get my bean burrito back now for the 2nd time and I open it up, and it’s the nastiest burrito I’ve ever seen I almost thought it was intentional that’s how disgusting and uneditable and the lady has the nerve to tell me that I did it and I literally put my finger on the burrito and it was flat bc the beans were so watery and looked like a baby diaper on the outside/inside of the wrapper I’m surprised it didn’t just melt the paper, and the lady starting arguing with me and didn’t even try to fix it or refund or ANYTHING instead walks away talking not appropriate and whispering under her breath, I am not one to write bad reviews but this is extremely disappointing, and how these workers have one of the EASIEST jobs it’s very simple!!! I will be talking with the bbb on Monday about this
