- JWJayson Wendorf1 day ago1.01/10/26 at 12:00 am the staff is the most rudest people I’ve ever met in my life, I go to the window from the drive-thru and not a single word to be said, cool whatever I get if your having a bad day, but when I get my food and it’s the complete opposite of what I ASKED for, so I go inside and present them the MESS they so called “food” and they get defensive about THERE own mistake and I get my bean burrito back now for the 2nd time and I open it up, and it’s the nastiest burrito I’ve ever seen I almost thought it was intentional that’s how disgusting and uneditable and the lady has the nerve to tell me that I did it and I literally put my finger on the burrito and it was flat bc the beans were so watery and looked like a baby diaper on the outside/inside of the wrapper I’m surprised it didn’t just melt the paper, and the lady starting arguing with me and didn’t even try to fix it or refund or ANYTHING instead walks away talking not appropriate and whispering under her breath, I am not one to write bad reviews but this is extremely disappointing, and how these workers have one of the EASIEST jobs it’s very simple!!! I will be talking with the bbb on Monday about this

Tonight, I had by far the best service and the best quesadilla that I have ever had in my entire life from a Taco Bell. It was cooked to perfection, had the right amount of toppings, and just all around was a good experience, to the point I decided to give them a good review! Keep it up guys, I want more food as good as tonight's! Thank you!
