  I went inside and placed my order on the kiosk. No one greeted or even acknowledged me. After waiting 5 minutes I asked where my order was and it took an additional 5 minutes for me to get my order. We where the only ones in the store, but people came in behind us and received fast service.

  Problems at This Location This McDonald’s on 23 Mile near Romeo Plank has some of the worst takeout service I’ve experienced. Tonight was the final straw. Our order was wrong again and the sauces and condiments we asked for were missing — just like many times before. This is not a one-time mistake. It happens almost every visit. Orders are rushed out without being checked, items are missing, and even when I clearly ask for sauces and say I’m willing to pay for them, they are still not included. I have six kids who love McDonald’s, but the constant mistakes from this location are getting ridiculous. When you’re paying for food, you shouldn’t have to check the bag every time just to make sure basic items are there. Management seriously needs to address the quality control and customer service at this store. Right now, the experience here is consistently poor and unacceptable.

  Lines were long and slow I tried the Big Arch Burger - did the combo with coke Sandwich wasn’t to bad - 3 out of 5 Fries - were cold 1 out of 5 Chicken Tenders - 1 out of 5 (over cooked) Coke- 5 out of 5 yummy Shamrock Shake - 0 out of 5 ( Machine was dwn) Called to report fries and tender issue Manager helped out - 5 out of 5 stars to the manager tonight

  I’m only giving this place a 2 star because I’ve had nothing but good experiences prior to today, but this most recent visit tipped me over the edge to write this review. To start off, I ordered on the app for the convenience. I went up the drive thru and the person on the speaker said “hey I’m sorry but our servers are rebooting right now, can you come inside?” I said sure, so I pulled around, parked, and walked to the door… it was locked. Not only was it locked, there was an employee at the counter STARRING AT ME DOING NOTHING! I went back to my car and went back into the drive thru to get my order I had already paid for. This time with a different person on the speaker, I kindly informed them on what happened, and moved forward. When I got to the second window to get my food, the person who was supposed to be giving me my food was playing on his phone. Lovely. And another employee had to give me my bag. I checked my bag at the window and it all appeared fine, this was until I came home and closely inspected my medium fry I ordered. I ate this entire “medium” fry in a total of 5 bites, this is NOT a medium, this is a small or a kids serving worth of fry’s, all that wait just for this. I used to consider this location to be one of the better McDonalds locations in the area, but I will not be coming back until you get better staff.
