Even after DoorDash sent a second driver for a corrected order, the restaurant still got it wrong. It’s clear the workers either aren’t paying attention or simply don’t care about accuracy or customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I get this is fast food and it’s not exactly the best and brightest working here, but this is poor! Even for low fast food standards!

She apologized and said they were short staffed and doing the best they can. I received my order at 505p and went through the bags. She had said there were 10 door dash orders that were ahead of me and that is why it took so long. Why accept door dash orders if you are so short staffed?! Of course my order was missing a big mac, which was no sauce, so I called again and she said well it's not here; I said well I just went through my $40 order and it's not here either. She said they would need to remake it. At 521p, I called again and told her to just refund me. An hour for fast food is UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention, my order was ruined from waiting so long- cold and not edible, except for what my daughter ate in the car. She only refunded me 6 something for the missing item. Really not acceptable for an entire meal for 3 people needing to be replaced.
