  I had such a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The wings were cooked just right , and the fries were seasoned to perfection. Everything tasted amazing! What really made the visit stand out though was the customer service. The manager, Chelsea, was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her team. It’s rare to see management that involved and attentive.

  This is the worst Wingstop I have ever experienced in my life. By mistake, my delivery order went to this Wingstop franchise—the worst one ever. I usually order from the 23 Mile Road location and have never had any issues with them. This order was missing both the fries and the drink. When I called the store, every employee—including the general manager, Chelsea—was very rude and mean. She told me it was not her responsibility and blamed DoorDash. However, I did not use DoorDash; I ordered directly through the Wingstop app. The general manager, Chelsea, was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. Please make sure you do not order from this franchise location. Use any other Wingstop instead. No wonder this location has a 2/5 rating out of over 300 reviews. The food was also very poorly cooked. Wingstop Corporate should seriously review and consider shutting down this franchise.

  From walking in and they refuse to look at you, to getting home I am disappointed yet AGAIN. I paid more for sauces and this is the third time i’ve received NONE. I get it people forget sometimes, but there’s always three women who make the orders if somebody’s paying EXTRA don’t forget multiple times? They also don’t help you until you stand for 10 minutes and ultimately ask them to take a minute to help you. I’m pretty understanding of not wanting to work, but when people pay money for something you don’t have to do the bare minimum and mess up every time or just not help them. Even if you’re in the middle of something you can find the time in 10 minutes to help someone. It’s like this everytime I go in. I don’t even enjoy the food, because it’s dry and without sauce again.

  This is by far the worst Wing Stop you can go to. They’ve gotten my order wrong 3 separate times back to back. I usually order for delivery so going back is a hassle. When I call them someone picks up and tells me to hold, I’ve waited for 15min for someone to get to me and they hang up. I called again and the same thing. This is absolutely unacceptable.
