    Im not sure if they microwave the food in the box but, my kids couldn't even get the food off the box! It was stuck. So gross.

    You pay for extra scoops of protein, but they either refuse to give it to you or only give you half the amount. The employees are extremely rude. Why am I paying extra just to get half a serving of protein? I literally watched them dump the rest out — and there was enough for another drink. Completely unacceptable.
