  Fan of Wendy’s, but the gent working the drive thru last night was incredible. Kind, polite, and truly a head above any mundane drive thru experience before. Keep doing the lords work, brother! You deserve kudos and we hope the management acknowledges your efforts.

  Ridiculous! The first order was missing 2 baked potatoes and I was given a double instead of a kids hamburger with nothing on it. I placed a second order to re-ordered the baked potatoes and hamburger that were missing on the first order. The hamburger was correct but the potatoes came as french fries in the a potatoe container sprinkled with cheese and microwaved. WHY??? The fries were so salty they were inedible. I ordered through DoorDash so I was told that DoorDash would handle all problems. However, the store has to take some responsibility for the improper order and horrible food presentation and taste. At the end of the day, DoorDash is only the delivery company. They have nothing to do with how the food is prepared. This was just a lazy attempt to fill an order regardless of what the customer wanted.

  my fiance and i went through the drive thru after a long day at work. the food was still fresh tasting , warm , & great quality for fast food :) the guy working the window was awesome & had good customer service even though it was 12am.

  Girl at the the drive thru window wearing a mask was very rude with an attitude. Didn't even get any butter with my potato. We did not have a large or complicated order. The girl just gave huge attitude for nothing. I'm sorry you don't seem to like your job, but you picked it. Customer service is NOT your forte!
