  Don't bother paying for add ons. They never add them and then refuse to refund you for said add ons. Contacting corporate so now a $2 refund for bacon will be a $37 refund for the entire order. FAFO.

  Waited in line for 30m on Halloween for 1 little John sandwich and the part that sucks about this location is you can’t get out of line because of the curb that surrounds the drive through. Terrible service no apology, nothing from management. Poorly run establishment the only “freaky” part was how freakishly slow they were

  We go here often as it is a favorite of my daughter. However the people that work the drive through really vary in customer service ability. When you have a catering order come through the drive through, maybe have them move up so you can hand the rest of the lines food to them??? We ordered online and waited in line for 20 min (two cars back, couldn’t get out of line) because of a huge order ahead.
