  Pre-ordered my dinner for pick up at 5:15, Came home to Realize it was boneless instead of bone in as requested. Called the restaurant immediately sat on hold for 10 minutes.. Then got through and was told to come back in.. Arrived back at the restaurant to be treated rudely As if the mistake was my fault when my receipt clearly states what was ordered. Told this would take an additional 20 minutes.. walked over to Home Depot to stall time, To arrive back in 30 minutes and it’s still not to be ready.. The same person couldn’t even remember what I had ordered and what I was there to pick up. What a joke this location is! This was my first time ordering, and I will not be ordering again.

  Stopped here to eat and left hungry, would not accept legal tender, said they can only take credit cards and no cash. Sad because I love wing stop wings. Only place I have ever went to that will not accept cash.

  Pre ordered they were so rude and nasty I asked for name they wouldn't even tell me cancelling and never ordering again wish corporate would contact me

  I normally don’t write reviews like this, but our experience was extremely disappointing. A group of four of us came in for lunch, and the service was honestly unacceptable. When we arrived, we were told to order online because the employee didn’t want to come to the front to take our order. We were willing to do that, but we ran into issues since we’re not from the area—or even from this country—and the website wasn’t working properly for us. It kept registering us from our home location, so we couldn’t complete the order. I went up to the counter to explain the situation, and instead of helping, the employee complained that he was already behind and didn’t want to come take our order. I apologized and explained why we were struggling, but his attitude made it feel like it was somehow our fault. Overall, the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help made for a really frustrating experience. We just wanted to order food, and instead felt like an inconvenience.

  I come here all the time, the manager is very kind to me, however its is this tall brownskin young man with a mini afro, hes skinny and tall. who is always rude and rolling his eyes, My uncle also has the exact same problems with this young man, he ruined this experience for me, and I will not be returning or giving this wingstop any of my money
