Waiter while being personable was not attentive. Took 10 -15 min to get us. Later when i wanted refill.. he was taking to another table for 15 min.. had to get someone to go get him. My $30 steak was under cooked... asked for it to be corrected.. then it was over cooked. But that time the rest of the table was done eating. Asked for it to go. The to go order was under cooked... but didn't complain since I will reheat it

I ordered online. Some of the sides that I ordered was not available (rice and green beans) but was substituted with broccoli. The food was good and the server who delivered my order curbside was awesome!

I did not receive my Aussie cheese fries, garlic butter, ranch for salads, or bread. I called to change right after I placed an online order and asked for Ceasar salad and fries instead of potato and house salad. They said they will change it and did not. They offered an aussie cheese fries. They can keep it. It will never order from this dump again.

BEWARE: Potential/likely food poisoning. /// We had a gift card so we got a babysitter for date night. Perhaps I had high expectations and hopes, however, this was easily one of the worst meals we have ever had while eating in Livonia. It took at least 5 minutes of waiting at the host stand to even be acknowledged. Once we were acknowledged, it was a 10 to 15 minute wait despite several open tables and having signed up for their advanced wait list in the early morning that day. The waitress was pleasant and tried to be helpful. Bread service was ok. We ordered the bloomin onion and it was hot and good when we got it. I ordered the bowl of baked potato soup. It was lukewarm, which was disappointing on a very cold evening. And likely contributed to my potential food sickness because it probably was not properly heated. I ordered the salmon and shrimp combo with mashed potstoes and my husband ordered the new chicken and noodles menu item with a side salad. The meals looked pretty when they came out. My husband said his chicken was ok but there was something wrong with the noodles...they tasted bad...like really cheap. My salmon had good flavor, the shrimp was a little spicy for me. However, most of the salmon appeared undercooked...not flakey like it is supposed to be but pale pink and slimy. Unfortunately, it was so dark that I did not realize it wasn't cooked properly until I realized the texture wasn't quite right in my mouth. As I inspected it, I found that it was undercooked. I had eaten at least half of it. 2 days later and I am the only person violently sick in the house and I had to take a personal day off of work. Researching food poisoning, I found it is common to be very sick with the symptoms I had up to 10 days after ingesting, depending on the contaminant. We are now about 6 days out and I am still having lingering effects of food poisoning. No one else got sick in the house. My husband also just discovered that Outback made multiple charges to his credit card resulting in being overcharged at least $60. He is disputing with his bank. We also got the new cookie skillet for desert. The cookie was pretty good. I don't know how you can screw up ice cream but it was super cold and hard. Couldn't eat the ice cream. Outback was a Huge disappointment that I am still paying for DAYS later. We will not be back.
