I went through the drive-thru and waited without any acknowledgment, then went inside where several employees saw me but did not greet me or say they would be with me. When I was finally acknowledge, I was told they were in the middle of a shift change and handling a large order, which I understand. What I don’t understand is completely ignoring a customer. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have taken seconds. Instead of an apology, the employee became defensive and went back and forth with me. Basic customer service and courtesy were missing, which is disappointing considering how often I visit this location.

Given this place endless chances and have been failed almost every time. Seriously, turn back now!!
