    This Wendy's in Livonia is very good service atmosphere is always quiet when my son asks for his burgers he request for them to cook the meat fresh and they do it with no problem thanks

    Ordered door dash breakfast this morning. NO SYRUP INCLUDED FOR THE FRENCH TOAST STICKS??? Are we supposed to eat them dry as hell? NOT ONE NAPKIN. Come on really ?? This location literally doing the LEAST AMOUNT POSSIBLE. How hard is to to include in the bag what should come with the meal? How hard is it to put a couple napkins in the bag? What are you guys "busy" doing if it's not getting what the customers spent their hard earned dollars on actually put INTO THE BAG? DO BETTER!

    I visited the Wendy’s located at 31150 Five Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48154 on 1/3/26 around 2:15–2:30 PM and had a very uncomfortable experience at the drive-thru. The employee assisting me was rude and unprofessional. She handled my debit card in a careless manner, dropped it outside into the snow, and then read my name aloud from my card without my consent. She did not immediately return my card, and I had to reach out and retrieve it myself. When I calmly asked for her name or identification, she stated she did not have a name badge on and mentioned she didn’t need to wear one, At one point, she referred to me as “irritating,” which was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but this behavior was unacceptable. Customers should never feel disrespected or have their personal information handled so casually. I hope Wendy’s management addresses this situation and reinforces proper customer service standards, including professionalism, respect, and identification policies.
