- ALAdam LasserSep 13, 20221.0I've submitted two customer complaints now for this restaurant, one last Thursday and one two weeks ago regarding online ordering and how my sandwiches were wrong, received the typical e-mail that my concerns would be forwarded to the appropriate parties, and yet I have not received a response. I typically order subway 3-4 times a month, as it's conveniently located near my work, and it's on my route home from the gym so it's a quick meal for myself and family in the evening. To be ignored at this level is unacceptable and has caused me to take my business to Jersey Mike's or Leftys when we want a sub sandwich.
