  I was waiting in line behind someone because I was thinking of getting a pretzel and not a sub but I couldn’t see the prices on the menu so I steeped a little closer for a minute to see it, but the person in front was already rudely looking me up and down and before I could move out her way she charged at me and almost crashed into me forcing me to practically jump out of her way and so I put my hand up in frustration because all of that was unnecessary and then the employee said “I know she didn’t just put her hand up at you” which I felt was unprofessional, but it didn’t end there. She made me wait longer to even order my food and when I asked for light black olives she looked over at the lady I had an altercation with put extra black olives and quickly closed the sub and then globed way too much sauce on my little 6 inch sub. I felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience. Also the place is disgusting. Every table is dirty and the trash cans overflowing. I never usually come here and I won’t be back.

  The sandwich is far smaller (as in skinnier) than it should be and we feel like we were cheated. We will not be going to Subway again, at least not this one.

  Michelle that works here has EXCELLENT customer service !! She remembered everything, worked in an efficient manner and multi/tasked. I’m thoroughly impressed.
