  Amazing experience. I love spicy food so I ordered both the Chicken Vindaloo and samosas at the Hot spice level. The food is simply amazing. My nose is running and my lips are burning. Perfect level of spice. My sister-in-law is Indian but she lives in VA so … I am always craving Indian food :) This option in the Detroit area is one of the best in the Midwest. I travel the world for work and I can’t wait to return to this area.

  I did not spend time in the restaurant, just picked up my carryout. So I cannot speak to the atmosphere.

  The food is always excellent at Raj Palace. And the service is exceptional. Usually we eat in the restaurant, but today we got take out.

  Deeply disappointed by the Indo-Chinese fried rice. This place used to be my go-to, but the quality has plummeted over my last few orders. Today’s meal was practically inedible—the rice was undercooked and the vegetables were so hard they were difficult to chew. To top it off, the flavor was completely bland and tasteless. It was a total waste of money, and unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again. One more thing they only respond on 5 ratings reviews and they won’t show up on below that.

  Was there valentine day with my wife, we ordered papdi chaat and gobi muncharian for the starter, as I was eating the chaat I felt something different in my mouth to pull out a rubber band as when the server came by, he offered to redo it but I didn't feel like eating it again. I thought maybe they can knock it off my bill as it was a mistake but still had to pay for it. The food and the server was great just wish they would of took it off my bill.
