  I generally don't post . But I visited this place today around 11 am. . When I tell you the Cheese Burger combo was so darn good the first taste had me humming. My daughter was laughing so hard. The fries were excellent, the Root beer soda was real. Mannnnnnn I tell you everything was good a fresh . I'll never eat no other Burger combo ( not mentioning the names) 😂😂😂😂. 10/10 for me .

  I am originally from Chicago, so I have been commuting to Sterling Heights location just for this craving for the past few years. However, I was soooo excited when they opened one close to me in Livonia and I ordered a big beef pickup order from Uber eats. I was extremely disappointed because I ordered a big beef and got even less meat than the amount that was on the regular size beef sandwiches. I this is a costly sandhwihc just to receive a table spoon of meat and I’ve never had this issue with portillos until this location and I’ve been eating portillos for almost 15 years. And I could not call to get a remedy for this inconvenience because they closed right after my pickup. This is just extremely disappointing because with this new location being so close I would have been a very frequent customer. Instead I feel as though my money was wasted due to whoever lazily made this sandwich. Mind you even a regular beef has more meat than this and this was supposed to be a BIG BEEF but it was nothing but bread.

  Sat at the dining room for over 25 minutes after our order was placed waiting for the food. Watched multiple people come in after us, order after us, and receive their food before us by several minutes. When question about the wait time we were told that other orders had been prioritized ahead of ours. When we finally got the food there were several items missing and other incorrect. The salad that was ordered “No bacon, No chicken” was served with both Bacon and Chicken. The beef sandwich was missing, the bread for another sandwich was missing. What a poo show. I’ll prioritize spending my money somewhere else if my order is the lowest priority and you can’t get it right.

  Went through the drive-thru to try it out for the first time. And they couldn't get my order right, which was an extremely simple order. No pickles, no onions, repeated it back and still gave me pickles and onions and my sandwich which was another order was soggy and wet. As well as the burger bun. Get your crap together.
