As for Pizza Hut the company their customer service is now horrible. The automated message you get when calling the store is loud obnoxious and repeats with 0 seconds breaks. They transfer you to a call center that is clearly outsourced since they barely understand that I'm calling to complain. They keep asking me if I want to order. 3 people later someone understood but couldn't get the store to pick up.
