- NJNickie JDec 29, 20251.0I purchased 3 bowls of broccoli soup at approx 4:30 on 12/29/25. 1 of the bowls had 2 long strands of gray or blonde hair and the 2nd had 1 hair. The 3rd bowl did not appear to have hair. I called the manager on duty at 6pm and advised him of the circumstance. All he offered was an apology and stated that "he just walked in". That has nothing to do with my experience as a customer. Not that I would have wanted another bowl; however, as a manager, there should have been something more offered as compensation or at least a refund. I frequent the Haggerty and 8 Mile location as it is close to where I reside and I have been a fan of their broccoli soup for 10 years or better. I purchased today for my family to have such a disgusting experience! Do not patronize this location as they clearly do not utilize the best hygiene practices.

I grabbed the bag from the counter and went to sit down keeping the bag straight up so the soup would not spill. As I opened the bag and got to the bottom of the bag, my 3 pieces of bread were covered in soup, and the soup was 1/4 gone. I was excited to eat my bread with butter, and instead it had soup all in it making it mushy and unappetizing. I was very disappointed.
