Incredibly overpriced, denied that there was a one dollar soup promotion even though it stated on their website. Then waited 33 minutes until I went in to get my food and the order was wrong and there was no napkins or utensils. I had to go back in a second time. I get it, things happen, people get overwhelmed with their jobs and the volume of people, but no apologies no smiles and horrible customer service. I doubt anybody of authority who owns this franchise branch will read this, but they should have a serious conversation about the very basic soft skills of Customer service. I would be happy and never writing this review if they had looked me in the eye at all, and just said I’m so sorry and owned it.

I've had simialr experiences ordering ahead through the app. Rapid pick up says its ready, only for it to be another 15 minutes. This is a clear example of a corporate entity not caring about a location. They are understaffed to oblivion.
