Barely been an hour and the whole sandwich was soaked. The bag also had a bunch of mayonnaise all over it, I should’ve known. I will be asking for a refund as soon as I can. When I say this sandwich was drenched in garlic aioli I’m not exaggerating! These employees don’t take kindly to small modifications. Keeping this for a record with my bank.

The wait was 22 mins for a sandwich. Go to an actual restaurant and get a real meal for less money. I would rather have given the gift card away than gone here. The rating was low due to the business model and not a reflection of the employees. If you read this as an hourly employee you should think about a job somewhere else, you are worth more than what you receive.

I only ran in 10 mins to close for a cookie, two people saw me and EVERY employee ran to the back and ignored me. When I got fed up after waiting 7 mins I walked back out to my car and don’t you know it, they all came back out to the lobby to finish closing up. Terrible customer service.
