  Hello, I wanted to take a moment praise this restaurant. My husband was celebrating his 55th birthday on Saturday and it was our first time coming to this restaurant. Everyone was so nice and Benjamin was excellent. The food was amazing and I'm very picky with my sea food. We started with the Granny Dee's meatballs. Then I ordered Seared Shanghai Sea Bass. My husband had the Shanghai seafood sampler and replaced the scallops with the sea bass. For drinks, we ordered two Mango-Jitos. Whenever I go to a new restaurant I not only observe the food and staff, but I pay attention to the entire restaurant, music and décor. The restaurant was very well lit and spacious. I was able to see the part of the kitchen and they have glass freezer that displays the different cuts of fresh fish. Very nice. The waiter/order station was neat and from what I've seen the tables were clean as well. Over all, our experience was topnotch and we will be back. Thank you much. By the way I wore my gold boots for first time and I enjoyed the many compliments. :-) Cheers!

  Our waitress was Robin and she was wonderful. This really makes the whole experience even better. Like asking if I wanted another drink before happy hour ended. Just awesome. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Congrats to the management team, cooks, wait staff, food runners, bus staff, and hostesses.

  This was my first time dining at this restaurant. Perhaps I made a poor choice. The calamari appetizer was very good, and so was the lobster bisque. The fish and chips were ruined by the not so tasty tartar sauce. Since the cod was not impressive, it needed the condiment to help it out. Unfortunately, it could not carry the star of the meal.

  My Wife and I decided to come to Mitchell’s for a date night (4/28/2026), which we occasionally do. I guess they have became a hit or miss restaurant like most places these days. We basically waited over an hour for our food to come out and when it did, my steak was cooked right (medium well), but it was cold and tough. My Wife ordered 2 Lobster Tails which was overcooked and very tough and cold as well. Our Server was great and told the Manager about our experience, but the Manager never came to our table to discuss the issues about our food. Our Server had $30 taken off the bill for kitchen era. The whole tab should have been taken off the bill. We didn’t eat it all nor enjoyed it. Probably won’t patronize this establishment again. Very disappointed. Was one of my favorites.

  My friend and I came in March 24th and all I have to say is Dillion absolutely made our dining experience unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He gave great recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. If you’re dining here, definitely ask for Dillion—you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars all the way!
