    I ordered a #16 sandwich from this location, as I have from many other locations in the past. This sandwich had ONE slice of turkey per half. No other JJ location has skimped like this before. This sandwich was pathetic.

    My husband went to jimmy John’s Friday night ordered 4 subs potato salad . I was eating sub this afternoon there was a hair hanging out the back of the sub after I ate 1/2 of it .i called the store to report this the manager was very rude towards me ! He said there’s nothing he can do about it would I like another sub I said no I’m just reporting this . He said I don’t know what you want me to do about it I said they should be wearing hair nets then the manager stated corporate doesn’t allow hair nets I said they don’t allow it I couldn’t believe that . Then I told him I called the health department he said why don’t you call the police to . He was the worst manager ever to speak to customer like that said I was hostel are you kidding me he was the one I was being nice . So I kept the hair and sandwich called the person I know at the health department reported it to texted him . He left saying yep yep yep everytime I tried to talk to him you are the worst manager ever you don’t know how to deal with the public you shouldn’t be working for the public your attitude is a disgrace .

    I used to order from these guys all the time however they kept getting my order wrong so I stopped ordering from them for almost a year I tried them again today and they still messed up the order when I called to talk to the manager Luke who said he was the manager was rude and kept talking over me What a shame!!!

    Completely disappointed in the customer service at this location. I had placed an order online. When I called because I didn't get a confirmation e mail the person told me that I was wrong and put in the wrong address. And he will cancel my order. I told him that I was 100% certain that I did not put the wrong address because all of my information is auto filled. He was adamant that I was wrong. He canceled my order. Turns out that web orders dont go to the nearest JJ. And my food was sent to another restaurant. I normally go to this location when not ordering online. Not any more. I will dive out of my way to go to a different JJ because if the rude and condescending employee at this location.
