  Got one of their toasted subs and came home opened it up and the bread was so burnt I couldn't eat it what a waste of time and money

  The food was exactly what I wanted, and the staff helpfully explained differences between sandwiches on request. Standard Jimmy John's decor, but a clean joint and fast service.

  I'm not here to complain about their food because I like it. That's why I always call them. But when they don't have delivery drivers and we have to wait for a third party that takes more than an hour to get to us and only use a credit card is not nice either.
