- SSSabrina4 days ago1.0GROSS HAIR ALERT!! Do not eat here they are not sanitary! Clearly hairnets are not a necessity when handling food! I just ordered sliders meal for children and found blonde hair on top and inside of the container! They swear to be a five star restaurant with Coney Island service. So cleanliness is not of the utmost importance here you spend your money there is! If I were you, I’ll be who’s cooking my food whose hair is dangling over my food and who’s allowing food to leave Without inspecting it fully for any flaws or loose hair!

This use to be my favorite steak house, but my have things changed. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was barely any pink inside. The steak was dry. The server did put in a new order, which took close to 30 minutes before it arrived (and wasn't much better). My friend was done with his meal, so I took a few bites and left with it. I was sent away with some mashed potatoes. No check in from the manager. I have to say it was pretty lame and I was very disappointed in the whole experience. Texas Road House has a better filet at this point. That's too bad....

The staff was wonderful, the manager was on the floor the whole time making sure that the operation runs smooth and helping staff with variety of tasks.

Probably the best restaurant experience I’ve maybe ever had, but definitely in the last 8 years. Can’t have more praise for this place. Definitely try it out, but be warned that it is quite expensive! You get what you pay for though.
- TTTimOct 27, 20252.0Had worse possible sweetest day dinner there on 10/18/25 for a party of 7 people. Been a faithful customer in past. The waiter rushed our main course food order after telling her we did not want immediately after ordering pre dinner items- crab cakes and salad. One filet mignon was cooked extra rare after requesting it medium cooked. Another New York strip steak was tough. Had to wait for recooked meat while others ate. Mash potatoes were served without a serving spoon. Requested one and never got it. Had to use a fork to spoon potatoes on plate. Very tacky. The carrot cake dessert was a joke. Very skimpy slice given its price. Coffee served luck warm. Finally the overall attire is really going down at this location. Tired of seeing fainted jeans along with baseball caps worn and extra loud surrounding customers. Seriously doubt will be going back here again given the prices of their entrees. Tim, S. Lyon
