- EMEllie MurrayJan 5, 20262.0I always will LOVE Dominos but the experience I got today honestly broke my heart. I ordered a pizza that will last me for a couple of days because I just ran out of the food I had from the food pantry because I am financially strained. I had the exact money for this one pizza. Unfortunately, I do not have a car or any transport to go get the pizza so I ordered it for delivery but could not tip because this was all the money I had besides a couple of cents. I did not feel happy to do this because when I do have money I usually tip $10 plus whenever I get dominos no matter delivery or not. But this time I could not. When the delivery guy came her said make sure we tip your drivers. In a very nasty attitude. First of all, I don't have the money to tip you. Second of all I also work at a pizza place and know I should tip and I would if I had the money. But the difference is that OUR delivery drivers are KIND and NICE and have a GOOD attitude. We don't snark at people if they don't tip because you don't know everyones situation they are in. Usually I wouldn't review this because it was just this once I got a rude driver but I am already stressed due to my financial situation and the worry I could starve if I didnt have this pizza. And I would rather not I have a snarky driver. And yes, he could have had a bad day but when I have a bad day I never take it out on the people I serve. I am so disappointed in this guy. Will always love you Dominos and I hope you get this situated because this customer service was unbelievably rude and unkind.
