- MMMe5 days ago3.0I have to say the asiago bagels used to be the very best out there. Within less than a year, the cheese is always burned on top and it is not pleasant to eat. Very disappointing. I hope that issue will be fixed. Also being able to get my own pop would be great as well. Not a fan of the new set up of the store. Once I went and got bagels early in the morning on a saturday and when I took my bagels home, they were cold. Never had that happen before.They should be warm and fresh when you go early.

The date on the coleslaw looked like it had been changed. I told my family to toast the bagels to kill any germs before eating them. It was totally unsanitary and I won't be back. I'll get my bagels elsewhere.

I understand the economy is rough right now, but why price-gouge your own community? What really threw me off today was watching an employee handle food and money with no gloves. I literally saw someone pick up my bagel barehanded and then go right back to the register and other tasks. That’s just unsanitary. On top of that, the attitude was unnecessary. Whether you’ve seen me before or not, every customer deserves the same kindness. And being told there’s a minimum weight requirement on deli meat—meaning I have to buy at least half a pound just to order something—is wild. You’re located in a community surrounded by schools and teachers. You’d think there’d be a little more understanding and care for your customers. Do better.

However I used to exclusively go for their small bagel sandwiches with cheese and pastrami that came to about $8 which was a fair price but on the edge of being too pricey for a breakfast or lunch sandwich, then they changed the menu and bumped them up to $14 and it seemed like there wasn’t anything different about the sandwich.. and it didn’t need more meat anyway. Love the food but it will just be orders of regular bagels here and there from now on unfortunately.
