  The lady at the front with red hair- (think she is a manager) is extremely RUDE. This was my 2nd time here in 1 week and she is just rude, rushes you to order, has attitude because I asked for double beans- I don’t mind paying for it. I WONT be back to this location, the one on 96/Middlebelt and 7/Haggery way better.

  If I could give this location zero stars I would. I waited 30 minutes for a large order that was scheduled and paid for online 2 days prior. I was told they were short-staffed, which was the reason my order wasn’t ready. The initial person I spoke with in customer service was helpful, but the response to my complaint I received by email wasn’t.

  Waited in line for over a half hour. This should never happen at a Chipotle with 5 employees in the back just cooking. Very poorly managed location. I don’t think I’ve ever seen service this bad at a fast food restaurant in my life tbh

  I would have left zero Stars if I was able to, ordered online food in was supposed to be ready 8. 8:40 Foods still not ready, then when I'm finally getting my food I get out of the car and noticed that there are items missing, when I come back and talk to the guy that gave them to me he gave me attitude like I asked him for his firstborn child. I thought the Dearborn Heights location was bad, this one is terrible as well. Place was completely packed with people waiting for their food, people coming in and out and grumbling about their orders,a total mess. Glad I sold my Chipotle shares while the stock was up,with management like this they will never last. Edit: Chipolte management said the same thing last time a negative review was left, "please contact us herr so we can help". So, we followed the link they provided, and received even worse customer service--the person who responded to us via email had no interest in our complaints and suggested we go elsewhere, lol, why even provide the link? Optics? Make it look like you care? Read down to 'Skylar', her review is EXACT same thing that will happen, you'll contact them via the link and theyll ghost you. I even tried higher ups in the company, local area managers, regional, directors of quality control and even marketing, not ONE of them cared about the multiple bad experiences and the consistently poor service. I told them to just go look at the reviews, (here and dearborn heights), you only need to read handful and you can see there is a very serious problem going on. Again, no one cared.

  This is my most commonly visited chipotle. And as much as I love chipotle I hate that this is the location that I frequent. They always wait until the last minute to make more food. Often they have multiple things out, rice, proteins... you can never order what you actually want because it's likely not even available. On my last visit (7 PM) they told me it would be 10 minutes for chicken. 25 minutes later and the chicken is finally ready, but then they're out of brown rice, you always need to sacrifice something from your usual order. It's clear that some of the staff does care, but even more obvious is the employees that don't like doing anything. This location has gone down the gutter quick and I'll be waiting for the new chipotle to open at 6 mile and middlebelt before I return.
