  Service is slow every time I stop in for a bite. It always seems that there are properly staffed, but usually there is only person working the front line. Its so annoying.

  Rice was undercooked and hard, gave me half scoop of chicken, lettuce had brown on it was old and rubbery, and the chips i received where stale smh

  Smells bad wait time is long employees just staring not helping you or taking orders . Don’t go here ! If I could give it a 0 I would.

  Worst chipotle I’ve been takes forever and if you order in advance is always entrees incomplete or very small The lines on site is terrible 25-30min wait

  Honestly just sad because I love the food, just the customer services is terrible. I went in here multiple times thinking it’s going to be different every time but they always seem to disappoint me. One time they had no lettuce left mind you (2 more hours til close) and I waited in front of them for them to wash new lettuce and they squeezed the lettuce in there hands in front me and put it in my bowl. I should have spoken up earlier but it happened again I ordered something this time and they had no queso. Every time it’s something.
