No manager presence, nothing. Do better, especially on NYE!

Took us a week of trying the app and website and just having one issue or other why we couldn't get the online only price with only phone calls in being told basically "oh well its an online only price so we can only get it if we ordered online." Before we came in in person to speak with a manager about placing the order. We went on a Sunday and stood at the front desk for 15-20 minutes with some people picking up orders and we're completely ignored by staff. When someone did finnly come to address the 3 peopke ahead they also confirmed that corporate office does not allow for anyone in store to match their online pricing. Thru some miracle while in-store showing the manager every error message in system we managed to place an order only to get home and find out that 20 of the 60 bonless wings were bone in instead.
