I told her no we didn't want the table, she rolled here eyes at me . The table we got was ok, alittle cramped. The server was great tho, food just ok, the fries tasted old, not fresh at all. My grandson's love the place, personally me not too much.

I'm having them mail it to me. Also, the bbq chicken salad was drenched in sweet bbq sauce and almost inedible. Just an overall disappointing family dinner. Restaurant makes mistake with 40% of our order, and wants to do nothing to make it right. Not even an easy refund. Sad.

So why was I allowed to place the order in the first place? Now I have to wait 5–7 business days just to get my money back for food I never received. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. Think twice before coming here or ordering online after hours, they clearly don’t have their system together.

From the moment we sat down, the staff was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Our server checked on us often, made sure our drinks were full, and got our food out quickly even though it was busy. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for to watch the Chiefs game, tons of TVs, great energy, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect from BWW. Big shoutout to the whole team for turning our night around. We will definitely be coming back here for future games.
