  Our server Stacey was the worst. We were seated (party of 4) sure walked by us at least 4x, didn't speak to us, didn't greet us, didn't offer water, nothing. After about 15mins of waiting for somebody to see us and acknowledge us, here comes the manager Jessica asking if our server had come over, we said no, she immediately apologies brings over water and starry drinks, asks if we want an appetizer puts that in and apologizes for the wait and said the server will be over shortly. A minute later here comes Stacey rushing over asking if we were ready to order, we said yes, so we ordered. Long story short it took almost 30mins to get our food, one order was right the other orders were not, we waited another 15/20mins and the food comes and it's still not right, Stacey tries to convince us of our order telling us it is right ok that's it, where is the manager. Here comes Jessica, we explain to her our dilemma and without hesitation she springs into action, ordered us a new order of wings and took care of our bill, apologized for the awful experience, we thanked here for seeing us and being concerned. Than you Manager Jessica for taking care of the customer and providing us with a great experience in spite of.

  If you order takeout or doordash prepare to wait double to triple the estimated time. There is hardly any service or anyone working takeout. Doordash orders are never on time and are even forgotten about.

  The take out and doordash pickup area is at least a 20 minute wait after you’re intended time. There is hardly ever anyone up there and when they are they don’t do much.

  Moe was a very great server , we loved our visit at bdubs with such a great passion ! Moe made our experience wayyyyyy better !!!

  Understaffed, really quiet friday barely anyone in the restaurant. waited a half hour for the side salad went 10 mins without any utensils. then waited another half hour for 20 bone in wings, and kids tenders. Asked for celery and carrots didnt recieve due to the wait didnt care to even ask. Waitress was nice but seemed like she was the only person working. I'm going to have to pass on this place next time. I couldnt imagine a busy Friday night.
