  A few days ago I went up to the window and ordered just bagel bites. That's exactly how I said it. And the employee asked if I wanted a croissant or a bagel and I said that I just wanted the bagel bites. And then I pulled up the window and paid but I didn't get enough change back, and then I got handed a sandwich with bagel bites. I told the employee that I only wanted bagel bites (for the 3rd time) and she said, "your bagel bites are in there." And then I said (4) "I only ordered bagel bites." And she said, "yes I know you got bagel bites, they are in there " and I said (5) "no, it says there is a sandwich with sausage and cheese in here, see the receipt?" And then she said, "do you mean you wanted only bagel bites?" And I said, "Yes!" And then she pulled a $5 out of the register and said "is that good?" So to summarize, bad service and the $5 didn't even really cover it. To her defense, their building was making an awful screeching noise close to the window and so it is possible she didn't hear me, but come on! 5 times??

  I’ve been here three times and every time there’s been something wrong with my order and the coffee has been burnt.

  At 8am, this place is already out of the most popular donuts. It appears as though they are going more in the direction of "Dunkin" by concentrating more on food, and less on the "Donuts" by not preparing enough to last. The doors and entrance look like its about to fall apart already and its a fairly new building.
