  Employees are rude didn’t fill my drink up. Paid 7 bucks for a frozen coffee for it to look like it’s been drunken out of! Maybe if you all had more than one person working their attitudes would be better. Definitely won’t be back!

  I watched them lock the bathroom on an old dude and cut off the heat when it was freezing and then lie to him, swearing the bathroom was broke. Place sucks and the workers are rude.

  This place has gone to shit. Idk who the new owner is but it sucks. I've come here at least 15 times over 3 months and somehow the bathroom has been broke the entire time? I've watched workers legit go in there after telling a guy with his kids it's closed. The workers obviously don't want to be there, they're rude, miserable, and for some reason their idea of 'good service' is to leave a single girl who's maybe 20 years old at most by herself to get yelled at by customers. What's worse? The same exact coffee the exact same way down the street at another Dunkin about a mile down the road is a whole buck cheaper. So they increased the price, lowered the quality, removed going to the bathroom (From a store that primarily sells a diuretic btw), and half the time it's about a ten minute wait to be seen, assuming one of the workers isn't on their phone texting. Place is horrible.

  This has been my favorite Dunkin for a couple years now. The people are great love going in. I don't even have to order now they know it by heart. Just plz get a new frozen machine soon your guys have broke down more then 3 times this winter alone. GET a new frozen machine this is getting ridiculous.
