  Carie was an absolutely phenomenal server, and the food was fantastic we said it probably 7 times! The atmosphere was just okay, there was a UFC fight on all the TVs and the announcers were very loud. I felt I was being screamed at the whole time.

  Ope seems I’m not the only one having a horrible time at your business!! I came here tonight for my friends birthday party(who had a contract and paid 100 dollars for I’m not exactly sure and neither is she) her bill was about 73 dollars but she still was asked to pay an addition 20+ dollars. Mind you the food has zero flavor and way over priced. Didn’t even make it through half the burger. The manager made a horrible joke about our server being on thin ice. Which I’m not sure why you’d rag on an employee under you to customers. Anyways our services was slow but I didn’t really care about that. The manager came back to the table after we were all done eating and told my friend she still owed 20+ dollars. I said that doesn’t make sense when she put a deposit down and her bill was less and we all spent over 40 like we had to. He said let me read the contract and read it out loud to us and found out that if the food was under 100 the deposit would cover it. He back tracked so quick after actually doing his job!! Insane to be taking more money from people. Later in the night when he finally decided to show his face on the floor for longer than when he was summoned for, he was by a register so I asked if he could break a dollar bill into quarter and he told me no and to go to the bar. He then told me god bless. I’m not sure why Religion is needed at an arcade. Just not sure this is the type of person you’re wanting on your floor on a SATURDAY NIGHT. He used the excuse of Prom season for her to be charged more… it’s not Prom Season yet(April 4th)…. There was one other birthday party there. We weren’t in a room just a normal table on the floor with everyone else. I knew there was a reason I haven’t been here in 10 years. A rip off. An arcade is not a necessity!! (Also already left a comment card, maybe just get new staff that don’t hate their jobs/life)

  Bro it took 1 and a half hours just for the appetizers, and after another hour we finally got the food and it wasn't even hot, and its overwhelming loud with 20000 thousand speakers blasting my ass I do not recommend eating here but I recommend playing games here not eating

  Was here on 3-28. You ran out of silver wear. And food was nicely decorated but nasty i got a nacho pile with old brown lettuce and it was cold. Ended up getting fish and chips which was very good but others at our table was not happy with their selection we noticed alot of food being sent back but Our waiter was good he did his best and we appreciated him for that. Waiters was bringing wrong food to tables they were just wondering around in circles not knowing what table to go to. Running out of silverware and cold food should be unacceptable. And too many adults standing around drinking my kids asked what happened to Dave n Busters. Feels like we just donated 100 dollars to you guys and we ended up at Tacobell 🤦.

  Last night was tragic. Here are the issues we experianced while there from 4 to 8pm 1. Teenagers, one male and one female in the female bathroom vaping. 2. Dinner reservation for 5:15. After seeing many empty tables, we inquired about our table as 30 min past our reservation had come. We were told they were waiting for a party to come get their coats. Again numerous tables open. The hostess was rude, at that time I asked for a manager. She quickly sat us at the table that had been open since I checked in at 5:15 now 5:45. 2. We get sat, drink order taken. We all went to the bar to get our own drinks after another 20 minutes had passed since ordering them. Came back to table with drinks, another few minutes goes by and our waitress comes back to take our food order. 3. Food comes to the table all seperately no silverware provided. Went to hostess stand to inquire and was totally ignored, finally flagged down someone to help as my dad had eaten half of his steak with the steak knife, and was proceeding to eat his potatoes with it as well! Finally get silverware sort of, we were a party of 8 and 3 pieces of silverware were brought. 4. I have hosted a work party here with 120 people and I can honestly say we will not be back this holiday season based on tonights experiance. I cannot in good faith give them another try. I will take our company elsewhere. 5. Called the manager over to our table to let her know about what had happened, she offered dessert and some playing cards. In my opinion they need alot of work at this establishment from the hostess, to the wait staff. The food was brought out in pieces, but was good after we finally received it all. I was really hoping tonight lived up to the hype I gave to my family, and it most certainly did not. My dad mentioned not even being able to pay him to come back. 6. Lastly a 20% "big party" charge was added to all of our checks, I bet the manager knew we would not tip our waitress based upon the service we received. We did not tip over and above that for sure and thought it to BS that this was even added to our bill after informing her what had gone on. Super dissapointed.
