Today was especially bad considering they still display the Breakfast menu on the ordering board and do not change it. When I started Giving my order the tema ever let me order only until the end of the order saying sorry we don’t have Breakfast anymore. I said to the team member okay well your ordering board is still displaying the breakfast menu. The team member says nothing and I had To look up the Menu on my phone. I get Most of America goes to Chick fil an often but I am Not one of those people and I dont Know the menu by memory. As I sat Waiting do my food it took 30min for my food to come out all I ordered Was a sandwich so kinda confused as to why i watched three cars go past me when they ordered after me. Very dissatisfied will not be back.

I had my son with me, and they didn’t hesitate to help me throw away my trash, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was great, everything was clean, and the service was fast. The only downside was the fries were a bit too salty, but overall, it was a very positive experience!

I understand mistakes happen, the issue was that when I went up to resolve the problem all they gave me was a refund. Chic fil a talks all this stuff about their amazing customer service and teaching young boys how to tie their tie if they don’t have a father, so I was expecting them to compensate me with an entire $20 combo meal or something but all they did was refund the $3 bottle of ranch. My disappointment was immeasurable!
