  I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. We came in at 3 PM, and the restaurant was completely empty. No wait, no crowd, nothing. Yet somehow we were told it would be a 10-minute wait to be seated. We waited… and waited… and after 25 minutes, no one ever came to seat us. Meanwhile, servers and hostesses were just walking around like nothing was going on, completely ignoring us. No updates, no apology, no sense of urgency at all. If you can’t manage to seat customers in an empty restaurant, there’s a serious problem. Terrible service and a complete waste of time. We ended up leaving and definitely won’t be coming back.

  Worse experience they brung us someone else food . Then they send out some burnt wings . Sent it back and the cook come out and tell me the wings only come out burnt. I will never come back again. Our server was good .

  I had a take out order 6 wings,onion rings and , drink. Received my order ask dip was in my bag for onion rings she told me yes. Of I checked no dipping sauce was in there. I asked for some hands it to me . I get back to hotel and 1000 island dressing not the dipping sauce for the onions rings, unless it’s changed? Then proceed to my celery sticks not sure if they had been washed yet but the ends looked as though they Super had dried out. Then I don’t understand why I got all drumsticks ( that were super dry )in my order instead of flats and drumsticks. Times are hard and, money is tight we shouldn’t have to pay for something that’s not worth it. When we come to your establishment we should be getting what we paid for, not what you think we should have. The customers are keeping you in business. Please make sure you keep us coming back. I would read or hear another restaurant saying they closing the doors because them going bankrupt due to the services was not up to standards. Remember the customers keep your business staying open.

  Not enough wait staff. Food took forever, but our waitress made up for it. The wings (boneless) were horrible. The bedding was beyond a satisfying crunch, tooth breaking possibilities 😞. Taste, flat, the sauce was good. Couldn't taste chicken? I like that they still use tallow to cook in.

  Don't ever go here one of the Worst.\nExperiences of my life, horrible dining environment.The waitresses are awful.\nI waited thirty minutes for 2 drinks An hour for my food that never came.It was possible to give 0 stars.I would I recommend going to a trusted restaurant regardless if you're tired of the experience or not , it's not worth it to go here
